Congratulations for qualifying for the Gold Circle in 2025. To celebrate your performance, we would love for you and a guest to join us in beautiful Aruba, May 18-21. We will be staying at the amazing Ritz Carlton. Indulge in world-class dining across six unique venues, unwind by one of two swimming pools, and rejuvenate at the luxurious 13-treatment room spa. The winner will be determined based on total sales for accounts sold between April 1, 2024, to September 30, 2024. Accounts must be started by September 30, 2024

PREPARING FOR YOUR GOLD CIRCLE ADVENTURE:

Stipend:
One (1) Grand Gold Circle winners for 2025 will receive a $2,500* travel stipend per office, regardless of attendance. The stipend will be issued via check or ACH and paid to you by the end of February 2026. Use this stipend to book flights for yourself and your guest, or to cover transportation costs such as car rentals, Uber, Lyft etc.

*Canadian winners’ stipend will vary and will be communicated separately

REGISTRATION (ASAP, but no later than March 13, 2026):

We will register you with the hotel and send you the confirmation number. Please note: flights should NOT be booked until you’ve received confirmation of your reservation.

REGISTRATION (ASAP but no later than March 13, 2026):

Please complete your event registration using the “Register Now” link to help us arrange your exact accommodation and ensure an exceptional on property experience.

We will work directly with the hotel as soon as your registration is received and we will email you your confirmation number.

Flights should NOT be booked until you’ve received confirmation of your reservation.

Each Gold Circle winning RFD or RFD ownership group has been allocated an invitation for 2 people sharing one room, for the event dates: Arrival on Monday, May 18, 2026 and departure on Thursday, May 21, 2026. Limited rooms are available for extended stay, which will be at your own expense. For any extended room stay you book, outside of the event dates, reservations may be accompanied by a first night room deposit charged to your credit card, payable directly to the hotel.

The nightly rate is $559.00 USD per room per night. Group room rates are subject to applicable government taxes (currently 12.5%) and taxable resort fee of $90.00 per room per night in effect at the time of check-in. In addition, there is an Environmental government mandated levy charge of $3.50 per occupied room and subject to government changes. This rate is offered 3 days pre and post event dates, pending room availability. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out
time is 12:00pm. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested but cannot be guaranteed and a late departure charge may be applicable.

Resort Fee:

The $90.00 resort fee is charged per room per night and covers the following services and activities provided for your enjoyment: Resort Fees are subject to changes without notice.

Enhanced high-speed and wireless
Internet access in guest room and public spaces.
Complimentary local calls (up to 60 minutes).
Complimentary Valet Parking.
Daily use of Spa steam room and Sauna in our Spa.
Selected Ritz-Kids activities for children between 4 md 12 years old, and use of water toys at the Recreation Pool. Complimentary welcome drink upon arrival at Check-in (Spa*ling Wine/non-alcoholic).
‘Bahada di Solo’ Sunset Experience at Divi Terrace with a complimentary signature Cadushi cocktail sampler
Non-motorized watersports activities including standing paddle boards, floating rafts, paddle boats, water hammocks and snorkeling gear – every day and no limitation in time.
Daily one hour exercise class consisting of either Yoga, Zumba or a Power Walk.

Know Before You Go

- Key ED Card Requirements Travelers visiting Aruba by air are required to complete the country’s Embarkation and Disembarkation (ED) Card online prior to arrival. The form can be submitted within 7 days of your arrival date, and as of July 1, 2024, all air passengers must also pay a $20 Sustainability Fee through the ED Card platform. Once the form is completed and the fee is paid, you will receive an email confirmation, typically including a green checkmark or QR code as proof of approval. Airlines generally verify that you have a completed and approved ED Card before allowing you to board your flight to Aruba.
  - Timing: You can fill out the online form within 7 days before your arrival.
  - Mandatory Fee: As of July 1, 2024, visitors arriving by air must pay a $20 Sustainability Fee through the ED Card platform.
  - Submission Confirmation: After successfully completing the form and paying the fee, you will receive an email confirmation (often with a “green checkmark” or QR code).
  - Airlines Verification: Airlines typically verify that you have an approved ED Card before you are allowed to board a flight to Aruba.

- Dress Code: Resort Casual except for the Awards Dinner where the dress code is Smart Casual.
- Flights: The closest airport is the Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA). It takes approximately 20 minutes to drive from the hotel.
- Taxis: Please note Uber and Lyft are not available in Aruba, taxis are available at the airport. Taxis are cash-only and accept US dollars.

  - Activities and excursions – there are numerous amazing activities and excursions you can do during your stay. It’s your responsibility to book what you would like to do and the cost for these will be for your own account.
  - Dinners on Monday May 18 and Tuesday May 19 are for your own account.
  - Lunches, other food, and beverages including alcohol outside of the Welcome Reception on Monday, Awards Dinner on Wednesday, and Breakfasts on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are from your own account.
  - Room cost for any nights other than May 18th, 19th and 20th will be for your own account.
