PREPARING FOR YOUR 2024 GOLD CIRCLE ADVENTURE:

The winner will be determined based on total sales for accounts sold between April 1, 2024, to September 30, 2024. Accounts must be started by September 30, 2024

PREPARING FOR YOUR GOLD CIRCLE ADVENTURE:

Stipend:
One (1) Grand Gold Circle winners for 2024 will receive a $2,500* travel stipend per office, regardless of attendance. The stipend will be issued via check or ACH and paid to you by the end of February 2025. Use this stipend to book flights for yourself and your guest, or to cover transportation costs such as car rentals, Uber, Lyft etc.

*Canadian winners’ stipend will vary and will be communicated separately

Register for the event:

Please complete your event registration by February 14, 2025 to help us arrange your accommodation and ensure an exceptional on-property experience. Please note: flights should NOT be booked until you’ve received confirmation of your reservation. The JPSI team will work directly with the hotel as soon as your registration is received and will email you your confirmation number.

Your stay:

Provide your hotel dates as part of the registration process – during the registration process you will be able to request your hotel stay dates. All registrations and stay date information MUST be completed by no later than Friday, February 14th. Once you’ve completed your requested dates, the JPSI team will work directly with the hotel to confirm room availability. Please note there are limited pre and post event dates available.

Each Gold Circle winning RFD or RFD ownership group has been allocated an invitation for 2 people sharing one room, for the event dates: Arrival on Monday, May 19, 2025 and departure on Thursday, May 22, 2025. Limited rooms are available for extended stay, which will be at your own expense. For any extended room stays you book, outside of the event dates, reservations may be accompanied by a first night room deposit charged to your credit card, payable directly to the hotel.

The nightly rate is $699.00 USD per room per night. Room rates are subject to applicable government taxes (currently 12%), service fee (currently 10%) and facility fee (currently 5%) in effect at the time of check in. This rate is offered 3 days pre and post event dates, pending room availability. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00am. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested but cannot be guaranteed and a late departure charge may be applicable.

  - Welcome Reception on Monday May 19 from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm
  - Informal Happy Hour with Gary and Team on Tuesday, May 20 from 6:00pm to 7:00pm
  - Awards Dinner on Wednesday May 21st from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- Not included as part of your trip: You will be asked to provide a credit card as part of check-in to cover any incidentals incurred during your stay. Please note:While there is no local surcharge for credit card payments, your credit card company might charge a foreign transaction fee when you use your credit card in Turks & Caicos.
  - Spa Treatments – 10% discount on Spa menus. For any spa treatments please contact Soliman Osama – Spa Manager at [email protected]. Spa treatment costs will be for your own account.
  - Activities and excursions – there are numerous amazing activities and excursions you can do during your stay. It’s your responsibility to book what you would like to do and the cost for these will be for your own account.
  - Dinners on Monday May 19 and Tuesday May 20 are for your own account.
  - Lunches, other food, and beverages including alcohol outside of the Welcome Reception on Monday, Awards Dinner on Wednesday, and Breakfasts on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are for your own account.
  - Room cost for any nights other than May 19th, 20th and 21st will be for your own account.
