Gold Circle Registration

Limited pre- and post-stay rooms are available for Gold Circle guests. Please indicate your preferred dates below. JPSI will coordinate with the hotel and confirm availability. The nightly rate is $559.00 USD per room per night. Group room rates are subject to applicable government taxes (currently 12.5%) and taxable resort fee of $90.00 per room per night in effect at the time of check-in. In addition, there is an Environmental government mandated levy charge of $3.50 per occupied room and subject to government changes. This rate is offered 3 days pre and post event dates, pending room availability. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00pm. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested but cannot be guaranteed and a late departure charge may be applicable. Important: If you are looking to book pre and post event dates, do not book flights until your hotel stay is confirmed. Pre- and post-stay costs are your responsibility, and room availability is not guaranteed. We’ll confirm your reservation as soon as possible. Event Dates are: Monday May 18, 2026 to Thursday May 21, 2026.
